I'm not quite sure why folks who monitor this CGFIA board presume the earlier "comments" are negative. What appears to be negative are the ACTUAL memos that were delivered to CGFIA last month, not an investors "opinion." I don't claim to know how opening a mine works, but I do know the risk of walking into a minefield without a good map that showcases where the problems or disaster lie. The DRMS memos do not leave ANY room for altering their decision for recommendation as I interpret the documents. I would be thrilled if there was an inherent vagueness in their finding that could lead to hope of opening the mill without hinderances or further delays. But the documents don't appear to relay that. I, for one, appreciate jsmhidtwired's sharing this knowledge so that individual's may make decisions with a broader scope of information. Don't browbeat the messenger for being courteous enough to give folks the head's up on a matter that our "beloved" company should have done in early November when the first denial memo was received. Judging from the spike and fall of pps around November 4th, it would appear some special folks knew how to react at that time... IMO.
