Yes, it is shocking that he has been able to waste so much money with nothing to really show for it. However, I wouldn't say that he has completely got away with it, as the company has been sued by various parties for monies owed.
Honestly, there really is no point in the small shareholders suing the company as they will probably spend more on legal fees than what little they would be able to extract from them anyways.
