Ok now I'm getting a little concerned. I went out to the South Africa Dept of Trade and Industry and did a search for TinSol Energy (pty) Ltd., ... no such company in the database. If this company were doing business in SA, they'd have to be registered with the DTI. Unless their registered under some other name, I can't find them. Here's the website if you want to look. I also could not find Prism Solar Industrial anywhere in China. That's supposed to be the company that has the technology Fidelis is licensed to sell. I also did a white pages lookup for James Poole in Beverly Hills and the telephone number (and address) I found is different then on the website. The white pages says that he's CEO of Fidelis. I've called a number of times last nite and this morning only to get a busy signal each time. I think everyone should proceed with caution ... IMO.
