Am I worried about us shareholders not getting anything from the judgements? bondholders and debt holders were already wiped out, as long as the stock keeps trading, I have seen nothing that says the commons will not exist and shares will stop trading, only statements that said we cant get a piece of the judgments, the bondholders get 10% and shareholders get nothing. Don't misread the statement as the shares will cease to exist, and now with forward looking statements coming out of bankruptcy... Everything is pointing to this stock skyrocketing back to the 200 DMA which should put us @ .21
