I've been corresponding with Matt via e-mail since October of last year. He has always responded quickly and maintained a professional tone. Everything you have related to us from Matt, matches up with what he has told me.
Still, my frustration with Hemwiedge's delay in getting their house in order has been growing for many months now.
Everything is good. Sometimes time is on your side. Management didn't dillute when they needed cash. They buckled down and got to business unlike 99% of the comppanies out here in penny land. That being said I'm ok with moderate dillution to push us to the promised land. Most micro companies would have never survived intact in this economy as the Wedge and that's a testimate to true grut,fortitude and old school integrity. Let's be patient and see how 2011 turns out. JMO of course
