You asked about WEST. I'm still confident that the price will ultimately rise here. In the future, never buy into an Overbought market. Always enter the market when it's in an Oversold state but, NOT in a downtrend unless you are swing trading it. Generally the 15-minute and hourly charts can be most helpful for timing an entry point.
