actually, i think this would be the prudent, and accurate way of interpreting info from the 10Q:

the equivalent to a NYDEC Air Permit [in N.Y.] would be the issuance of a NYDEC Air Permit, pure and simple.

Canadian and Domestic [USA]criteria and policy are hardly reciprocal in any manner regarding this issue.

and, as i illustrated priorly, another day without a permit, another down day price wise.

expect more of the same.

“Certificate of Approval for Air” in Ontario is equivalent to a NYDEC Air Permit in the United States.
