bro i understand i am not happy about any insider selling, i am going to post his exact words i beleive him and i heard he has over million dollars in taxes and im sure somebody with some tax knowledge on these shares and how they were given to him could figure out exactly what he owes in taxes, i really gave it to Lanza for selling and this is what he said to me in return which i totally understand
Hi Kevin --there’s always more to the story than meets the eye. Do you really think I want to sell stock after coming this far (its taken 10 years to get to this point)? But that being said, I’m not independently wealthy. I’ll go to jail if I don’t pay taxes at the end of the year for the stock (it’s taxable at the full rate).
