FTC aside, what about FCC? Was the radio interview with Annette when she stated the Ionic Bulb would be on store shelves by _month_ end broadcast OTA or just an internet stream?

An announcement made free-and-clear on open public airwaves might have more basis for fraudulent accusations against the company.
