I doubt that anyone would be looking forward to providing a comprehensive update if the subject is "we didn't get any money".

I think the conference calls were to finalize everything, and they are waiting for the paperwork to work it's way through the system and funds to be made available.

lol around here its most likely bad...
not talking poop just pointing out the obvious that not much "good"
