Well, I have to say you make 2 good points. I guess if it were me and I really felt the way you do I would not even waste my breath or time. But if you really feel that you are saving people from a bad stock, I can't fault you for that.

I have my issues with this company at times. I guess we will just have to wait and see.

You're right, pumpers do speculate on this board but I would not say that they don't get attacked. I've been trying very hard to reign in any pumping activity I see. If I see a post that seems like a pump I'll respond requesting some sort of validation or evidence to support their argument. See post #2843 as an example. I have to say that lately we haven't seen the level of pumping the board had in the past. In fact, the last couple months there have been no issues with blatant pumping at all. If someone posts something positive with evidence to support their argument, that is not pumping. Pumping is derogatory is an action to artificially inflate a stock price by misleading people. People who raise the stock price by posting verifiable facts or well supported hypothesis are doing nothing wrong or immoral. In fact, they are a positive influence. Negative influences are the bashers. We welcome negative feedback in this forum because investors need to see both sides of the equation to make well grounded decisions. Therefore, we ask that those who post negative information about AFT back up their statements. For instance, your last statement about AFTC being a perpetual downer could have been supported by a statement observing its downtrend for the last couple months. When I posted that AFT did not secure the Navy contract, which was negative news, I posted links to the awardees page so that everyone could verify it themselves.

If one was to attack Jim, character attacks are inexcusable unless you have the facts to support such an accusation. For instance, one could call him undedicated if one performed surveillance on his daily activities and found that he spent most of his work day sunbathing. One could call him a cheat if one was personally involved in a financial transaction in which Jim cheated him. I think peoples' issue with you is that your negative statements aren't supported by reason or evidence. Such statements bring no value to investors and will be considered "bashing". As is pumping, bashing is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. Don't be offended, I'm not targeting this at you personally but everyone on this board.

Since you want to inform potential investors of the pitfalls associated with this stock, let me summarize them right here for everyone to see.

1) The only people who will make money off this stock are day traders to profit on short-term market fluctations and longs who are waiting for the stock to be upgraded to a real stock exchange with market manipulation protection.

2) AFT is severly lacking a PR department. In fact, Jim does all the PR's. The company does not have the funds to hire someone to do PR's.

3) The company lacks the capital to finance years of audited financials to be listed on the better stock exchanges.

4) The company has poorly communicated their plan for fixing the CE mess and upgrading their tier status except for acknowledging the issue and stating in emails that Q3 financials will be out "soon".

5) The company has very little cash on hand.

As for pluses, AFT, as we all should know by now,

1)is a real company
2)Makes the best DME fuel system that has no true competition in its marketplace
3) Is run by a very talented and well respected engineer
4) exists in a DME market that is expanding at a tremendous rate
5) is diversified with its US Government line of business
6) Is experiencing increasing cash flow
7) the stock is dirt, dirt, cheap so there is room for tremendous gains if the company succeeds.

At this point, personally I feel the pluses are substantial enough that they outweigh the negatives thus I'm still invested in this stock.
