If the machine works - show it. No one has ever seen it function. The PPS would SKY ROCKET and Dean would be a hero.
If the machine doesn't work - don't show it. Come up with every excuse in the book (which he has), and delay the FDA process. Issue more shares at discounted prices to family and friends and STEAL money from the public. That is LEGAL for him to do. He can/will get away with it.
