Possibly because of contracts made before the suspension, or possibly just an ego thing for UC. I still have to be convinced that the ad is illegal, though, even if it does refer to the stock only.. no one's come up with anykind of link that spells out the issue

CMKX put up billboards all over Vegas just before the USCA party
last year. Maybe this billboard was put up at the same time and a
year long contract was signed. No one noticed it until the races.

Just one possibility...

It's just a billboard. What does it matter? We need something else
to post about.

My guess is the ad was bought and paid for before the suspension. That ad was probably booked six months ago.

And wants to sell even more?
