It seems logical that either the PR firm or the company is selling shares to fund the PR blitz that must necessarily be on the way.
I am only guessing, but once IWDM formally announces Bubba coming aboard along with Hulk Hogan and others, they are going to need to promote the new shows heavily.
They are supposed to start in early January, only about 6 weeks away.
In order to make it work, they will need to initiate a massive PR blitz in the near term to create buzz and ensure that as many new paying subscribers as possible jump on board.
PR costs money. Rumors on this board have been swirling that the PR firm had not yet been paid. Since the IWDM probably has insufficient cash on hand to fund the PR, selling shares themselves or giving shares to the PR firm to sell themselves is probably their only option.
