I don't think NNVC is being ignored - I think many are watching and waiting for further developments. There are milestones that need to be made before NNVC is taken seriously (as a longterm investment) by potential investors; IND and Clinical Trials for example.
The odds of success from IND to NDA are extremely high. The further along the pipline, the lower the odds. NNVC is no different than any other company in this process, no matter how succesful early testing is - the process is directed by scientific procedures and guidelines dictated by FDA. Nothing will change that.
Of course, I'm preaching to the choir, but nothing is a better "Pump" than incremental success in the Clinical Trials process.
There are 100's of R & D Companys out there that get no further than NNVC, at this point. Many of them are satisfied just to pull a paycheck and suck up grant money. NNVC is at that level, unil bar is raised. IMO.
BTW, you wanted to know when I buy - I bought 1,000 based on a chart hunch. I'm under right now, but we'll see in a couple months. If I can get %20 short term, I'm out.
I'll buy longterm at Phase II start and add via cost averagng along the way.
