Yes, that does seem to be their only intent, the shell and share selling game in which I'm assuming they are still after even though they really should have filed things by now. The regulatory authorities still have to approve and it will be many months before anyone gets their part of the shell. By then, the pps will be dirt and more of a loss.
But they seem to not even be paying for any proper PR, just free info commercials with a promotional site, free emails to just the shareholders that have got on a list, and promotional tactics of a BS promoter that continues to promote on a low-end message forum. Not much attention to anyone but the hopeful and naive in order to transfer a shell base.
Says a lot about the validity of this company.
But maybe a PR blitz is coming although if the "In Touch Tuesday" is any indication, it will be a pretty sad blitz.
