That brings up the question how they will pay out on the IPO. In the document they mention 3B shares, so I was thinking a Forward Split instead of an RS but at our current PPS the 3B will not come close to paying a FS. Still have much hope for the IPO to become real, it is just the cost/logistics that have me at wits-end.

well i'm watching the news streamers. if P/R comes out before Friday 4pm i think that might give time to equalize.
