CEU: Leaving this net-cafe in a few minutes so won't be able to answer replies today but I just wanted to say that while I have not had a chance to read the report on CEU by Kerrisdale, I have known Sahm Adrangi via emails for awhile now (Never met in person).

I've received a number of his "research reports" over the last year on companies (Non-China) and from what I read from those he seems to do good work. From what I can remember from those reports, they were always from a long's perspective though.

Purely from this past experience with Sahm, i'd be wary of dismissing anything they say. But like I said, I have not had a chance to read through their CEU report so I cannot comment on that.

CEU, I have read what you pointed out. But if allex data can be manipulated, why Chinarank data can not be manipulated. CEU, basicaly a local company operating mainly in one city-Harbin, it is not surprisiing that both Chinarank and allex did not rank it properly. Kerrisdale is logically Wrong by using unreliable (as they claimed) ranking data to appove CEU is a fraud.

It is very easy to manipulate alexa and not even expensive. Alexa rankings are near worthless in any sort of serious business.
