Posting the bond here is of value. The miners haven't showed one yet. Or do they do that after someone allows them to raid their brokerage account? I know yopu don't have the answer to that. But you do claim to have a copy of the worthless instrument they are trying to stick shareholders with. They can't legally do an RS,so that is a moot point.
