I have a problem with the premise that the business model cannot move forward unless the debt is addressed first. EPGL was having this same problem this time last year and they seem to have made great progress with their business plan despite the debt, or so Joe would have us believe. So what is the problem with making 20 million while trying to figure out how to pay off a 7 million debt?
