For a company to do a reverse merger into an existing shell is immensely cheaper than doing it from scratch!!!!

Because the savvy corporate business person knows that a reverse merger into a shell is far more cost and time efficient than a regular ipo.

Before you make such posts you should research how difficult and costly it is at this time to underwrite an IPO. If you would have done that then this post would not have even been a thought, 'nuff said.

Did I miss something? Aside from all the old filings, I just see movement. Timing here seems kinda coincidental. What is the source of the rumor?
