That $450 number is based on hospitals that carry only one unit.
They are on record for stating that clients have up to 4 units depending on size and need.
I believe there is a bid sheet to the NJ Medical Center that shows the number as a monthly fee of $1600 for 4 as the base price since that was what they would require.
