"Niagara Falls Mayor Paul Dyster has used a myriad of funding sources and good relationships with officials at both the state and federal level to land a series of huge projects to prove that the city’s potential may soon be realized."
"Dyster said the city is asking for a $120-million economic development package from NYPA, which includes $100 million for downtown projects and another $20 million for the creation of green industrial zones to help spur development and attract new businesses. Dyster said the city could use the money to pay for a Niagara Falls Experience Center and other downtown development opportunities."
