frog, i'd say that is true, but only applicable here if dnap had arranged a PP to consummate such a "control changing" deal which you speak of.
but since they've structured the dutchess deal with dnap controlling the timing and amount of conversions, they have not conceded control of the company at all. dnap isn't obligated to convert any specified amount.
