Your choice of words has me mystified. What exactly are you talking about?

JBI's processors are better off inside building, protected from the elements.

aircraft require alot of "human Interdiction"... don't they.. ?

Definitions of interdiction on the Web:

* authoritative prohibition
* interdict: a court order prohibiting a party from doing a certain activity

If you mean maintenance and inspections, yes they do. That is why am airplane, which is the very definition of a machine that is designed to operate outside in all types of weather, is put into a hanger for maintenance. Once you start to open up an airplane or a process control system for maintenance it becomes exposed to the environment and is subject to damage from water, dust, dirt, and any thing else mother nature has available.

Inside is better if it can be done at a reasonable cost. At some point it becomes impractical and you spend the extra money for temp shelters, up graded equipment etc. that can stand up to the weather. Even then it's a pain to work on equipment when it's 26 deg and the wind is blowing 20 mph. JBI doesn't need that sort of grief.

Process equipment more or less runs itself.

When everything is running as it should. Which is what percentage of the time? Then there is the rest of the time. That is when operators earn their pay. Your disdain for "low-paid operators" is amazing. I have worked with some outstanding people that didn't make the big bucks for lots of different reasons.

JBI should be able to get some pretty talented operators at reasonable wages in that part of the world because of the economy and being in the rust belt.
