Thanks smitter. Your opinion is valued here so please don't be a stranger. I am disappointed with your prediction (as I am sure most everyone is), but we value it just the same. Fortunately, I freed up a couple of thousand on another investment. Therefore, if we really do fall to the .001 - .002 range I can load the boat. I suspect we will see a lot of year end tax selling on this one, so maybe your prediction will come in short order. Thanks again, and best of luck.

I do not believe that the company has used their agreement with Dutchess Opportunity Fund, II, other than the 60,000 shares putted in September. From reading the agreement, it is my understanding that the company shall file an 8-K within 4 days disclosing the material terms of a trade. This is identified in Article 14 of the Agreement (link below).

Also there is only 11 million registered shares allocated for the agreement.
