I don't presume to pretend to understand these market makers and their backroom deals. Not my line of business.
Suffice to say I found it interesting after the initial takedown how much volume was sucked up by ARCA amongst others. Their bids were often times 10000, 12500 which is unusual for a pink. $0.0466 I recall was pounded time and again with hundreds of thousands worth and eventually it was over but never dropped the bid. Late day redraw to $0.055 was also telling.
I don't think many people would touch this obviously it is very ridky stuff. Nonetheless it does seem to be an attractive proposition insofar as a few million invested would likely reap big payoff not to mention the company would cut shareholders a few % in a heartbeat if it meant keeping their hundred of millions too.
Lots of BK I have watched end up with late deals. I have not yet seen it this late in the game but maybe you can point to one. I have heard mention of Citadel, of which I am not that familiar.
