With the share structure the way it is, an R/S doesn't even make sense. A FORWARD split makes more sense, where you'd get more shares and added liquidity, and these are usually good.

no way.. share structure too healthy for a R/S if anything watch for them to increase the A/S and O/S.. Since the company, Ambit>, is healthy and can handle a larger share structure.
