I havent made any decisions yet. I shared most of your opinions on lecere's future, it was very obvious the SS was getting out of control and Morris was killing this company. that being said I think FIRMS could succeed with the right management, marketing, etc... IF he is able to get institutional investments, I will think about jumping back in. A rough guess would be around .003-.01 range depending on ALOT of factors. Time frame would be anywhere from Feb-July, like I said there are ALOT of factors. With the SS cleaned up and new money in, LCRE has a chance as long as Morris doesnt repeat his mistakes. Problem is Im not sure he will have that chance and if he does, not sure if he has learned anything. He needs to hire an IR person and focus on being the CEO. I have 2 mil shares left over so I could care less what happens before, during, or after the split. I would be bringing new money in.
