OptionExpress has given me my forward shares of SCFR and lets me trade if i want.
Zecco. com treats me good too.

Scottrade has NOT received the foward shares from DTC yet.

Guilty party here is DTC and my lawyers are going to sue them tomorrow. Trying to get court order making DTC re issue the shares. It is there fault and tired of the lost them story.

Wolf, most of the BIG boys do not handle sub penny stock anymore.
Keep that in mind when changing brokers.

I'm in the same boat as you are TWolf. I did open a Zecco account a few months back, but I still have the ATNP shares in Merrill. I also agree with you that it is a rip off. They make money everytime you trade, but that is not enough. I think they just want to get rid of the small time investors.
