When is this event happening ? Probably Soon! In the Near Term?

This was over a year ago and nothing has happened. These are the issues with this stock. They entice you to buy based upon PR's and nothing happens.
So what if they hold the rights. If they do not get out anything to purchase, it's not worth anything.
I just checked my Roy Rogers video's and no where does it mention EMAX Media.

I find it AMAZING that this 2009 document is posted as a positive. If you READ the entire document (that is not something pink sheet investors take the time to do), it is part of an OFFERING to raise $12 million in capital for Emax. The raising of this capital was supposed to fund projects like this.

Okay, here goes... can anyone point me to the filings showing that this offering actually took place and the company raised these funds? (this is so much fun! ;-) )

The fact is, the document is yet just ANOTHER failed attempt by Emax.

Show me the completed offering folks!

(they can't, it didn't happen, no one in their right mind would give $12 million to this POS!! NO ONE!)
