The paper I've posted about here http://siliconinvestor.advfn.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=26344474 on restoring telomere elongation in cells taken from dyskeratosis congenita patients (they carry mutations that cause telomerase to be defective), is a good accompanying read. Now, if only reprogramming or reactivating telomerase in humans can be done safely...
