Nope, it very specifically says in the 10Q that Burnham agreed to accept equity in MMAC in exchange for canceling the 2.7 million in debt and that debt had nothing to do with the sale of the TRDY shell. Your post was completely misleading if not a flat out lie but I suspect you already know that.

The question here someone mentioned is just if MMAC belongs to Stan or a new company formed or whatever but key is no matter whom did this ,amount of 2.5million being paid to for cancellation of debt ,this not from the sky but from someone's pocket for a purpose !Also this amount of money simply not for the book business but for big plans ahead
