Chalu Vista lUCKY 7 is running ok to pay the rentS. But the outlet mall has sales increase since it opened. Sept sales were 26k, Nov around 37k. They have closed chalu vista for good and moved tht stuff to outlet store, meanwhile finalising lease foroutlet store in 6000sq.ft i see it as positive step. Let the Lucky 7 Outlet Mall open and you come back and post at that time.Once it is opened it will generate 5000$-10000$/day in Ongoing basis.it is Great to move to Outlet Mall than in traditional Mall shopp.
