IMO, it just shows a lack of respect to their Investors. We were good enough to support their vision, and fork over the cash yet they can't even take care of their fiduciary duties and file on time. They have no assets, pending lawsuits, and useless Management. They would need to make multi-millions in sales before any one would receive an ROI. We can all speculate for years that they have a plan to move forward but lets face it they have been doing this for years and what really has transpired???? IMO this is a gravy train for a select few and they are laughing all the way to the bank while the rest of us hold on to hope for a stock that doesn’t have a hope in hell. Hope I’m wrong , guess we’ll see soon.
