I doubt there is any chance TIV can remain on AMEX with a sub-50 cents share price, which it appears from the way it drops 3-4 cents every day regardless of oil & gold prices or DOW, will be in the 20-30 cent range before the end of THIS year.
I'm not sure NEW TIV management really cares about anything other than keeping the doors open at any cost (or dilution) so their fat paychecks keep coming uninterrupted.
Like SA said years ago when it started spiraling down from market place awareness (that delivery of bottom line goods would never happen with this company), put a fork in it...its a dead duck.
