So it's quite possible that someone that bought one of numerous PP's done this year saw that JD raised another 160 million and dumped before the new guy had a chance. 1.6 billion served in 8 months is incredible. Please take notice how the stock price drops as the dilution increases when there is no pump to hold it up. That router problem was the perfect storm to bring this gravy train to an end for insiders. I feel sorry for the real investors that got sucked into this one.

with the SEC .. been waiting for this one :)

as i pm'd a few others *take note* of when

that followed ;-)
