Thanks for the reply! I think the downturn yesterday spiked by the delay in reporting is bogus, especially if it was Sarbox related delays only. May well have presented an excellent buying opp in that .55 - .60 range.

Have you noted any reasonable explanation for the downward trend in the price in recent months, let's say since EOY 04?
