Rampant Skepticism?? I think you are confused as your concentrating on why I am here posting rather than the points I make. This is a public company and I am a legal shareholder. I have the right to critique everything they do in the public eye. Likewise Dean can make any move he wants and has done so. Look at the Money TV issue...many have complained about these spots for years yet Dean choose to ignore his shareholder and keep buying more airtime. Here he continued to lead us to believe the FDA was on the verge of approving his application. Now we know the reality was much different. But lets cut to the chase...the question now is will IMGG have enough money to do the resubmission with all the required Data that the FDA is looking for? Thats the concern going forward. 500-600K in cash cannot get this done. They need 10M to firm the company and at today PPS that could run close to 100M with an institutional placement. I guess they will be approving the 250M authorized sharecount increase come Dec. What's your comment on this?
