I am a shareholder and I know many others that could really care less whether it is Snipes or a replacement in the movie Havana Heat. The company will announce the updated casts on their own schedule when they know for sure. Your the one trying to rush the issue why not let the company update when they are ready to update with accurate up to date info. Almost like you want to sell or something because of the uncertaintity and you just want to get your answer now instead of waiting for the company to put out the info when they are good n ready to do so. For all we know Snipes appeal will carry weight and he still participates in the Movie, time will tell
