Also Mr Morris, here's another comment from one of your so called arm-chair quarterbacks. You said that the other company might consider investing, but wouldn't even consider it until you R/S. Well, might doesn't sound like a guarantee even after you R/S and screw your investors. It all sounds like BS to me, and you are the only one putting money in your pocket.
