I believe Roxy is a straight shooter and she intends to get the share price up to BV..What I said was that I believe there are some rules forcing her to buy at the bid price and not at the ask price.

I believe that your analysis is correct regarding the Short Selling factor here..Roxy needs our help on this and all of us longs should assist her by buying all that we can at the ask price to break through the .0022 level..
