Low float and a stock split usually means big $$$. It is a situation where the MMs cannot afford to manipulate the stock price much because they have so few shares. Also, this appears to be a reverse merger in the making. Read the posts by Patsy since she has done much of the DD on this.
Also, any shorts that exists, have to be covered prior to the split which can also cause an explosion.
Pure speculation and very risky, no facts yet but plenty of guesses. Companies who are shells do not forward split their stock unless something is up, period. What that something is we will have to wait and find out. I bought because of the association of Rochford and MHR, no other reason.
