I would think Platinum would sell any shares they received as soon as they could, especially during the big run up last fall, but I have my suspicions that Platinum has a ongoing role that hasn't been disclosed to shareholders.

Why is there $4.3 million of debt to "shareholders" on the "financials" posted by Herzog at OTC Markets if the $3.8 mm of unpaid debt to Platinum was settled? Why did BGMO posture to buy Platinum last Spring (I think Platinum was the "financial services" company BGMO spread rumors it would buy)? Hmmmmm.

You're assuming that the statement that the dispute with Platinum was resolved in exchange for shares is true. I have no basis to believe that statement other than the ramblings of whoever posted it here to begin with. All I know is that the judgement is still listed as being unpaid. That is a fact that anyone can find out for themselves. Until someone proves that it was paid, I have no reason to believe that it has been.
