Once Asepticsure is proven and commercialized, I expect that any health care system will make it mandatory purely from an economic/liability perspective. Government run systems will probably be slower to adopt it than private, but I see the push to save lives and misery as overwhelming once the public learns about it. It could well become the new standard for cleanliness...
