I'm guessing 'no'. But it wouldn't hurt to try. I suspect they can't give out that information without doing a PR since it might be considered inside info. Also, with the case on appeal, they may not want to discuss it while it's still in the courts.

I think they are playing loose with the disclosure rules on this. They probably should have issued an 8K when the lawsuit was filed and another when the judgment was issued. The 10Q was not very informative at all. I think they got caught doing something they'd rather forget.
