I only had to go to your first post. You said on Aug. 25th [it] would be within weeks or the month. September 25th is long gone. I assume you were referring to the JV. see below

However, I will give you credit for a post dated October 2nd wherein you called the JV late in the year. Most people during the first week of October said "next week" based upon the buying. That was a very nice call, as of now, if it closes in December.
