In the fullness of time we will all know what will be. Right now we all know what is. There is much to be Thankful for in life but there is nothing to be Thankful for in being a WAMU shareholder.

Roger that Mordi... as I have said in the past and will keep saying... until Susman / THJMW speaks as to the finality of this case... equity is still in the money!

The fact that we are still in the game after all of this time, speak volumes as to a likely positive outcome for ALL equity.
