Gerrard told me point blank it's a distribution agreement. It's either one or the other. It can't be "more like" anything. Does it mention it being a joint venture? Or is that what you got from it? Copy the section that supports a joint venture because there's a big difference between the two.

Not saying getting a large gov't contract wouldn't be huge. Just saying I come up with a whole bunch of pie in the sky things that would be huge. Like a buyout at a multiple premium to the current sp. ( :
