Your problem is that you don't have any real numbers to add and subtract.

We know that the o/s is 138+ million. That stuff about it "really" being 77 million is gibberish. Only 5 million shares are restricted, and that's that.

I'm assuming for the sake of argument that the company is telling the truth about the size of the o/s.

There are not any significant fails to deliver. No fails, no naked shorting. Period. That is immutable fact.

And yes, I know your group has a "shareholder list". I've seen many of 'em over the years, and they're NEVER accurate. Some people exaggerate the size of their holdings. Others sell, and don't tell the group. And so on.
